EXCERPT: The 2016 Election was one of the more hotly contested national elections in recent memory. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton was under FBI investigation until the FBI decided not to file any charges, but later the FBI reopened the case. After Democrats lost the 2016 Presidency, there were allegations that the Russians somehow managed to rig the election to make Donald Trump win.
This report looks at many of the key the players that may have been involved in a conspiracy to interfere with the 2016 election though the use of federal offices and their powers. We start off with a little history about U.S. and Russian ‘election interference’ in this 18 page report.
written by Net Advisor™
[1] Election Interference is More Normal Than One May Think
The charge that Russia interfered, meddled (insert adjective) and whether any such action changed the outcome in the 2016 U.S. election is a bit of a stretch.
However, this is not the first time there has been interference in elections.
[2] U.S. Has Interfered in More Elections Than Any Other Country
The United States has a long history of interfering in some 81 foreign elections. U.S. foreign policy sought to find leaders to prop up foreign governments that would hopefully be friendlier toward U.S. interests.
Russia is not innocent in this same foreign policy objective either. From 1946 to 2000, The Soviet Union, now Russia has been shown to interfere with 36 elections.
With the apparent normalization of intervening in foreign elections, we have two major domestic elections where known members of certain Presidential Administrations, their departments and or certain key employees engaged in unethical and or criminal activities.
The first major U.S. domestic political ‘interference’ had nothing to do with voting, but using the power of the federal government to spy, and collect data on their political opponents. This occurred by Republican President Richard Nixon in the 1970’s; see Nixon-Watergate Scandal (summary).
Next, the Obama Administration, or their designees, assisted in election interference with one of America’s biggest ally.
[3] Obama’s 2015 Interference in a Foreign Election
It is very rare that we have ever seen the U.S. seek to oust one of our own long-time allies. The U.S. State Dept., formerly ran by Hillary Clinton (D), followed by then John Kerry (D), used taxpayer money to support a group that was trying to oust Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The Obama Gov plan failed, and Netanyahu won anyway.
[4] Obama Administration’s Illegal & Mostly Domestic Spying Program
One of the ways to ‘interfere’ with your critics, political or other opponents is to gather data on them just like the Nixon Administration did who later resigned rather than facing impeachment.
What the Nixon Administration did was minuscule compared to the level of illegal activity conducted by the Obama Administration.
The Obama Administration was caught up in illegal domestic spying, collecting emails, text messages, recording phone calls; figuring out how to turn on your cell phone, collected bank accounts, credit card and mortgage accounts, tracking game applications; specifically targeted opposing U.S. political groups; stealing consumer information to illegally get student loans; and sought to have the government control the Internet for example. Most of this activity occurred within the United States; all without a search warrant, let alone probable cause.
No one involved in the aforementioned activities went to jail, let alone charged or prosecuted. No one in the media even hinted the word, “Impeach.”
Yet, we have the Obama Administration not exactly acting as a moral or honest political player. Further report.
It would not be much of a leap given the Obama Administration’s clear past and unlawful behaviors to simply use government resources to try and interfere with a Presidential election.
[5] 2016 Ukrainian-Clinton U.S. Election Collusion
It was discovered that Ukrainian officials colluded with the Hillary Clinton Presidential campaign to undermine then Presidential Candidate Donald Trump.
[6] 2016 Obama Admin-DNC-Clinton U.S. Election Collusion
Obama’s CIA was sued for alleged leaking records to then Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) over the Hillary Clinton campaign-DNC funding of a fake Russian dossier. The purpose was to use U.S. government resources to spy on and undermine Trump and his 2016 Presidential campaign.
Certain members of the then Obama Department of Justice (DOJ), and certain members of the FBI also appear to have colluded in this conspiracy against Trump (FISA Memo 1, FISA Memo 2)(FISA Doc).
The FBI failed to disclose to a Federal Court (FISA judge) that the information they presented to the Court (the fake Russian dossier) was used in order to obtain warrants (to spy on Trump et al). The FBI knew the dossier was unreliable and sought to use it as “evidence” in a court of law against a political opponent.
[7] OUT TAKE:
CIA Has the Ability to Impersonate Russia Electronically
It is unknown if this was related at the time, but it was reported in 2017 that the CIA has hacking tools to impersonate a Russian anti-virus company, McAfee, Skype, Notepad, Apple’s iOS, and Google’s Chrome for example.
So when we hear about ‘Russian hacking’ or ‘meddling,’ etc., such activity could have been from Russia, or it could be the U.S. government (CIA), misleading us into thinking it was Russia.
[8] Did Russia Favor Trump?
Some (CIA, FBI, NSA) claimed that ‘Russian operatives reporting to Putin interfered in the 2016 presidential election in favor of Trump.’
This is interesting since the Clinton Foundation previously received millions of dollars from Russian business and Russian government interests.
Why would Russia ‘favor Trump’ if the Clinton’s were already taking in millions of dollars from the Russians? It would seem that the Russians have established more influence over the Clinton’s?
We still have not been able to figure out what Obama meant when he reached over and quietly said to the 37th Minister of Russia over an unexpected live microphone, “I will have more flexibility after (the) election.”
In early 2012, President Obama gave away – for FREE – FIVE U.S. (Alaskan) islands holding over $100 Billion worth of U.S. oil to the Russians. The U.S. reportedly held ownership interest in these islands since 1881 [Report, Points 4-5].
Three years after the 2012 election, we discover a massive Russian uranium deal was approved. and only after the Clinton’s raked in some $145 Million to their foundation from Russian business and government interests tied to the uranium deal.
This deal would not likely have been approved if Obama lost the 2012 election to GOP contender Mitt Romney. There is no evidence that Romney or any of his entities or his foundation received a dime from Russian business or government interests. Romney already had a reported net-worth of some $250 Million.
Unlike the Clinton’s, Trump was a “political outsider,” who was already a multiple billionaire and could not be bought. Trump has also pledged to donate his $400,000 annual salary for holding the Office of the Presidency (example 1, example 2).
How do you influence or buy a politician if they are independently wealthy beyond most people’s dreams? Wouldn’t it be easier to buy the influence of those who have far less and who have demonstrated a willingly to give up something (not theirs) for money?
[9] Did Top Obama Chiefs Conspire Against Trump?
John Brennan, Obama’s CIA Chief; James Comey, Bush, Obama and Trump’s early FBI Director; James Clapper, Obama’s DNI Director, all have been outwardly spoken critics of Trump.
Historically, it is highly unusual to see (unelected) top intelligence chiefs and the head of the FBI to act in disparaging ways about a Presidential candidate who then wins a national election. These top critics have their own controversial past due to their questionable activities, some unlawful.
[10] False Report
It was falsely reported that ‘all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies’ came to the conclusion or belief that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. As it turned out, it was just four agencies that made such claim. Most of the media basically ignored this and still argue the unproven claim today. One left-leaning ‘fact checker,’ has said, ‘so it was four agencies, that doesn’t matter.’
[11] John Brennan’s Controversial History
John Brennan was Barack Obama’s CIA chief (2013-2017) and is accused of colluding with the FBI to target Trump officials, using “foreign-based assets like CIA and MI6-linked Cambridge professor Stefan Halper, to lure Trump campaign aides into potentially politically-compromising meetings.”
When Brennan was asked under oath, he could not provide any evidence that Trump colluded with Russia.
Brennan, is also accused of lying under oath before Congress, used deception in a cover-up when the U.S. Consulate was under terror attack in Benghazi.
Brennan’s CIA illegally hacked into and spy on U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee that oversees Brennan’s then CIA.
“The director of the Central Intelligence Agency, John Brennan, issued an extraordinary apology to leaders of the US Senate intelligence committee on Thursday, conceding that the agency employees spied on committee staff and reversing months of furious and public denials”
— Source: The Guardian, July 31, 2014
When an intelligence agency personnel uses their trusted authority to spy on their own government, that’s a problem.
Brennan once voted for Communism, became fluent in Arabic; and reportedly converted to Islam when he was Station Chief in Saudi Arabia from 1996 to ‘99. Some have argued Brennan became sympathetic to the Muslim Brotherhood. The issue is the chapters, not the entire group of the Brotherhood has a history of violence, may be a “global threat,” and been associated with terrorism.
The general belief of the group is, “Islam is the Solution.” This would seem to conflict with U.S. Constitutional principles and America’s idea of freedom.
In American one is free to worship whom or whatever they choose, however there would probably be many who would be upset if a U.S. President said, ‘Christianity is the solution,’ and everything we (Americans) do will from now own must adhere to the Christian religion. You can see the ACLU, the other political left, and Atheist lawsuits hit the courts faster you can say, ‘impeach,’ right?
After Brennan’s departure from the CIA, he soon became a regular Anti-Trump pundit with NBC along with over a dozen former mostly Obama intel, FBI, DEA officials at various ‘Anti-Trump’ networks.
[12] Change of History
When I was in college, I did a research report on the history of U.S. intelligence and the challenges of terrorism facing the agency.
One notable point of interest I found was that the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI) William Casey who served under President Reagan made only two public speeches.
One of the speeches was later removed from library databases. The other speech was a discussion of challenges of terrorism to the agency, related to my report and why Casey was used as a reference.
One did not see former DCI’s or other intel chiefs on TV at all; let alone becoming outspoken political pundits. On a rare occasion one might see a cable documentary discussing decade’s old history but rarely anything current.
Today, as soon as some of these people with the highest security clearances leave office, they seem to run to the news media and flap about whatever is on their mind. Today, the way to get hired by mainstream media (MSM) is to demonstrate what MSM loath – anti-Trump rhetoric.
The way to gather intelligence on intel chiefs and top agency officials is to hear them speak – analyze their belief systems, thoughts, behaviors, vulnerabilities, and general views. The more they talk, the easier it is to predict behavior, and thus try and figure out how to compromise the agencies they left.
By the way, collecting and analyzing public speech is what all the social media networks, ‘search engines’ including, but not limited to Google; US intel, UK intel and arguably all modern intel agencies do today to its users.
Some of these newfound media experts speak as if what they say is truth and fact; yet they are really just voicing their opinion, which in many cases have agendas and bias. They no longer speak for or represent the agencies that previous employed them. Yet, it seems that some in MSM take their words as if it was the Gospel.
What this behavior says to me is, some of these people in all likelihood, had political bias while they worked at their independent agencies. If one has political bias after leaving office, it is safe to assume they had political bias when they were in office. The problem here of course is that these people and agencies are supposed to be unbiased, non-political, act independently, and serve the interests of the United States.
Sure they can have their views, however they must also have the ability to separate their own personal views from their work.
If one is going to leave office and be a political pundit, fine, but these people should probably not have access to classified information which they could then use or ‘accidentally’ leak through their new public media platform.
Brennan lost his security clearance August 2018.
[13] Former FBI Director, James Comey
Next, Former FBI Director James Comey served under the Obama and Trump Admins from 2013-2017.
Comey was thought to be a squeaky clean guy until it was found that he apparently lied under oath before Congress about leaking classified information to the Washington Post (Additional reading). Removing U.S. classified information is unlawful under 18 USC § 1924.
Comey did not seek to prosecute Hillary Clinton for doing the same thing, despite the obvious.
There are serious questions regarding Comey’s involvement in the so called ‘2016 Election-Russian Investigation’ [OIG Report (568 pps, PDF)].
Comey also leaked memos to what became Special Council Robert Mueller.
Comey was fired May 9, 2017 after President Trump received letters to dismiss Comey from then U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and by the Deputy U.S. Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
Former CBS News Investigative Journalist, Sharyl Attkissson, listed twelve causes of action for Comey’s firing.
Comey was so bitter after his job termination, he began a Twitter Storm, followed with public speaking engagements including TV news talk shows ranting about Trump and the entire (Republican) Congress, even though Congress had nothing to do with Comey’s firing.
As of April 2018, the ‘squeaky clean’ former FBI Director James Comey, is now under investigation for ‘unethical acts.’
[14] Former #2 at the FBI, Andrew McCabe
The number two person at the FBI also has his own controversy.
Andrew McCabe failed to disclose that his wife has ties to a Clinton ally who contributed or helped flow hundreds-of-thousands-of-dollars to Jill McCabe. This new found money came in coincidentally after the FBI began investigation into Hillary Clinton.
Within a year, McCabe was promoted to the number two position at the FBI and was now in charge of the Clinton investigation. How can one independently investigate someone whose associates gave your wife several hundred thousand dollars? The money could bee seen as a conflict of interest and could be seen as a bribe or used as blackmail.
McCabe reportedly mishandled the Hillary Clinton investigation, and failed to disclose these huge sums of money his wife received to the feds.
McCabe is also accused of unlawfully leaking classified information to the Wall Street Journal and then lying about it to federal investigators.
The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) investigated this matter and issued a criminal referral against McCabe
McCabe was subsequently fired by then Attorney General Jeff Sessions (or allowed to resign) after the said OIG report found that the number two person at the FBI after James Comey FBI lacked “candor.”
[15] Former DNI Director, James Clapper
Not surprisingly, another Obama Admin intel chief (2010-2017) has his own controversy too.
The former Director of National Intelligence (DNI), James Clapper was accused of lying under oath before Congress on whether U.S. intelligence agencies were illegally spying on Americans. This included U.S. intel collecting U.S. citizen emails who were not under any investigation, and in doing so without a warrant (a 4th Amendment violation).
No one in government bothered to further investigate or prosecute this. Clapper later apologized in 2013 for his “erroneous” misstatements to Congress but only after he was caught.
Clapper also implicated former President Obama asking U.S. intel to do an ‘intelligence assessment,’ (aka, figure out how to get rid of Trump).
“If it weren’t for President Obama, we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did that set off a whole sequence of events which are still unfolding today, notably, special counsel Mueller’s investigation,” Clapper said Wednesday on CNN.”
— James Clapper, Former DNI (Source: RCP).
James Clapper now works for NBC News.
[16] Top Officials Fired, Demoted or Resigned
As of August 2018, some 26 top FBI, and DOJ officials have been fired, demoted or (in all likelihood, forced to) resign to due to their various conflicts, questionable behavior generally associated to the Anti-Trump Mueller-Russian investigation.

Obama White House:
- UPDATE: April 2019: Craig Gregory, then White House Counsel for President Obama indicted (22 pps) for making false and misleading statements related to work Gregory did with then Ukrainian president, backed by Russia.
*Status Unclear
Keep in mind, being fired could run the risk of losing government benefits and a pension, especially if unlawful activities were found. Allowing to resign one’s government position allows the person to keep all their benefits and taxpayer funded life-time pension.
If one committed gross unlawful activities, as in a criminal conspiracy to oust a sitting President that needs to be investigated. And if such material criminal activities are found, should such persons be allowed to resign and keep all their government goodies for life?
During the 1970’s Nixon Administration, seven top government officials were indicted, and five went to prison for their criminal activities. Another 33 government officials – 40 total, were also indicted or convicted.
The charges included obstruction, perjury, criminal conspiracy relating to a burglary, spying on political opponents, using the power of government office against political opponents. Sound familiar?
Is Special Council Mueller or anyone investigating today’s alleged criminal issues; and will anyone ever be indicted, let alone go to prison? Odds are, no one in modern government is accountable for crimes that if an ordinary citizen committed, they would be thrown the book at for far less.
[17] A Modern Criminal Conspiracy?
Most all of this massive deception that has been brought to the public’s attention. Such apparently were committed by top of U.S. intelligence and top U.S. federal law enforcement and other officials.
They seem to have appeared to conspire to clear Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation; seek to derail Trump from becoming president; or get him impeached with false Russian Collusion accusations if he became President.
The majority of the media fails to mention that if one looked at the events in their entirety, which we barely scratch the surface here, is probably the biggest Soft Coup attempt the U.S. has ever seen in history surpassing the Nixon-Watergate Scandal.
[18] Result of Trump-Russian ‘Collusion’
A 253 page House Intelligence Investigative Report found there was no Russian collusion or the sort with the Trump, his campaign or the similar.
[19] The Mueller Investigation
Robert (Bob) Mueller was was interviewed by President Trump to serve as a replacement as FBI Director, replacing James Comey. Muller and Comey are long-time friends, and Mueller was not hired for the position. The very next day, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Mueller to investigate what came to be Trump, his campaign and any associated with Trump.
The then Attorney General Jeff Sessions oddly recused himself from the investigation, effectively making him incapacitated for the last two years. This action effectively made Rosenstein in charge.
[20] Obstruction?
The media speculated on whether Mueller was investigating Trump for Obstruction for ‘Trump’s firing of Comey.’ Recall above letters, that both the AG and Deputy AG recommended Comey be fired. Trump followed that recommendation.
Keep in mind that a POTUS does not need a recommendation or authority to terminate a FBI Director. A POTUS has the Constitutional authority under Article II to hire or fire anyone appointed by the Executive Branch – this includes all U.S. attorneys, and of course the appointed members of Justice Dept (ie FBI Director, Attorney General) as decided in re Myers v United States 272 US 52 (1926).
[21] What is Mueller Doing?
One might ask, is Mueller investigating the massive obstruction by the DOJ, intel agencies and others, or is it really to get Trump? We’ll have to find out.
What we know is that Mueller, a registered Republican, hired a team of all democrat lawyers. They have systematically been targeting those that have any associations with Trump.
[22] Mueller’s Indictments So Far
So far, none of Mueller’s indictments have anything to do with the 2016 election or any alleged ‘Trump-Russian collision.’
In every U.S. case, the subjects plead out to arguably avoid spending millions (of more) dollars in legal fees fighting Mueller who has no limits and a virtual unlimited budget of tax payer money.
General Michael Flynn, ret. nearly went bankrupt. He put his home up for sale just before Christmas to help cover legal bills fighting Mueller.
1) Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty in December 2017 to making false statement(s) to the FBI.
Keep in mind:
- It is not illegal to talk to a foreign nation, including during a Presidential political transition.
- Mueller planned to go after Flynn’s son, which is why Flynn plead guilty.
- It’s like this: Mueller team: Plead guilty or I will go after your family, bankrupt them too, and cause all kinds of legal havoc on them. Does that sound like something an ethical prosecutor should do?
- The Flynn charge had nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’
2) Paul Manafort, Trump’s former campaign chair, indicted on 25 counts related to past work for Ukrainian politicians and his finances (occurred some 10+ years ago). Convicted on eight counts of (decade old) financial crimes. To avert the second trial, Manafort struck a plea deal with Mueller in September 2018.
- Manafort may have dug himself deeper in trouble by allegedly lying to Mueller’s investigating team. This still has nothing to do with 2016 election, or any alleged ‘Trump-Russian collusion’.
3) Rick Gates, a former Trump campaign aide and Manafort’s longtime junior business partner, was indicted on similar charges to Manafort. Gates plead guilty to one false statement charge and one conspiracy charge.
- Nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’
4) George Papadopoulos, a former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser, pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI. He got a 14-day sentence.
- Nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’
5-20) 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies were indicted on conspiracy charges, with some also being accused of identity theft. The charges related to a Russian propaganda effort designed to interfere with the 2016 campaign (on BOTH political parties).
The companies involved are the Internet Research Agency, often described as a “Russian troll farm,” and two other companies that helped finance it. The Russian nationals indicted include 12 of the agency’s employees and its alleged financier, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
- NONE will be tried or prosecuted because they are all outside U.S. jurisdiction.
- NONE of the efforts changed the outcome of the 2016 election.
- Many posted devise political advertisements that few even saw on Facebook.
- They were generally deemed as on-line trolls.
- If trolling was illegal, social media would be pretty much dead.
- The 1st Amendment would in all likelihood prevail if this case ever went to trial as it is not illegal to post political speech on American platforms.
- The international identity theft charge would be a crime.
21) Richard Pinedo: California man plead guilty to identity theft in connection with Russian indictments. Sentenced to 6 months in prison and 6 months of home detention in October.
- Nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’
22) Alex van der Zwaan: London lawyer plead guilty to making false statements to the FBI about his contacts with Rick Gates and another unnamed person based in Ukraine. Zwaan was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
- Nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’
23) Konstantin Kilimnik: Longtime business associate of Manafort and Gates, based in Russia, charged alongside Manafort with attempting to obstruct justice by tampering with witnesses in Manafort’s pending case this year.
- Kilimnik is reportedly an unregistered lobbyist.
- Nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’
24-35) 12 Russian GRU Officers: Members of Russia’s military intelligence service were charged with crimes related to the hacking and leaking of leading Democrats’ emails in 2016.
- NONE will be tried or prosecuted because they are all outside U.S. jurisdiction.
- We think this would be impossible to prove anyway, and likely would be thrown out.
- Wikileaks founder, Julian Assange said Russian gov was not the source of ‘hacked’ DNC (emails), which exposed the true nature of (D) political players, their agenda, and their true thoughts on America.
36) Michael Cohen: Trump’s former lawyer plead guilty to 8 counts of tax and bank charges, related to his finances and taxi business, and campaign finance violations, related to hush money payments to women who alleged affairs with Trump.
- Affairs (including the one referenced here, some 10 years ago) are (unfortunately) not illegal in USA. Why? First Amendment, Yes, Freedom of Expression.
- It is also not illegal to have you or your attorney arrange “hush payments.” If this were true, many in Congress would be indicted too in the 260 ‘hush money’ settlements Congress paid costing taxpayers $17 Million.
- Cohen is now accused of lying to Congress that the Trump Org was considering about building an apartment tower in Russia on or about September 2015 to June 2016. Cohen told Congress the talks ended in January, not June. So he lied?
- Building an apartment tower in a foreign country is not illegal.
- An international company considering to do business in another country is also not illegal.
- Cohen considered making a trip to Russia to explore this business proposal that never happened. Cohen said the project was deemed “not feasible.”
- Cohen also told Congress that he did not talk to Trump and others on several occasions about the real estate project. Cohen allegedly did have discussion with his boss (Donald Trump) and associates about the real estate project and now is being charged for these misstatements.
- All of this has nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’
Note that these new charges on Cohen are technical, but minor compared to the level of the alleged criminal conspiracy discussed hereto by major government players.
These players seem to have direct involvement, conspiring to interfere with the 2016 election. Neither Mueller, nor his investigators have brought one charge or investigated one person that we know of for those activities.
37) W. Sam Patten: Republican lobbyist plead guilty for not registering as a foreign agent in regard to his work for Ukrainian political interests.
- Nothing to do with 2016 election or ‘Russian collusion.’

[23] Mueller’s Past
Mueller was Director of the FBI during the 9/11 terror attacks. He served Sept. 4, 2001 to Sept. 4, 2013 and was criticized for his handling on the 9/11 investigation. He was the second longest serving FBI Director since Hoover. Other past directors served as little as 1 day, and there were nine FBI directors who served less than one year.
Muller had other high profile cases including racketeering case against members of Hells Angels in 1979. All of the cases were overturned on appeal.
Mueller headed other high profile cases.
By 2013, the Obama Administration had Mueller negotiate a reset to improve US-Russian relations. The Obama Admin sought to get Russia to release Edward Snowden, the Former CIA employee and NSA contractor who leaked classified information from the NSA.
The leaked information contained data on how the Obama Administration was collecting detailed and extensive telephone, banking, and internet records (key strokes) including from U.S. citizens, all without a warrant (4th Amendment Violation). By January 2018, The NSA “accidentally” deleted data (evidence) that was part of an ongoing lawsuit, and defied a Judge’s existing Court Order to preserve such data for investigation and for trial.
None-the-less, Mueller was not able to make any arrangements agreeably to secure Snowden’s release.
As previously mentioned, Mueller’s main legal team is made up of all Democrat lawyers, where some have political associations supporting Democrats including the Clinton’s.
“Four members of Mueller’s team — Quarles, Weissmann, Rhee and Prelogar — have given a total of about $50,000 to Democrats since 1990, campaign finance records show. Rhee also has done legal work for the Clinton Foundation, a nonprofit worldwide charity”
— Source: Los Angeles Times, June 23, 2017
Other members of Mueller’s team such as (now former) FBI lawyer, Lisa Page, and Peter Strzok were removed from the Mueller team, but only after it was discovered (not my Mueller) that Page and Strzok showed Anti-trump bias. Page was also a previous intern for Hillary Clinton.
Stroke said in a series of text messages with Page (who were having a martial affair together at the time), that “We’ll Stop it” (the) Trump Presidency.
Page and Strzok clearly had bias against Trump, and it appears they may have conspired to interfere in the 2016 election and post-election to set up an “insurance policy” (create false evidence?) (image page top) to get rid of Trump. [Further: Congress Letter to IG (194 pps), Ron Johnson letter to Acting AG Rosenstein (6 pps)].
[24] Our Conclusion to Date
As it appears thus far, most of the real 2016 election ‘interference’ was methodically conducted by U.S. government officials associated with the Obama Administration, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and the 2016 Hillary Clinton Campaign.
What is worse, no one involved seems to facing any real investigation that will lead to prosecution because the whole purpose creating the Mueller Special Council was based on a lie to a FISA Court. The purpose of the investigation arguably is to really get rid of Trump.
- There is no evidence of any Trump Russian Collusion that has been brought forward over the last two years.
- There is no evidence of Russia or any country tampered with ballot boxes in the USA.
- A GOP political group claimed there they obtained evidence of domestic ballot box tampering in Florida however.
Those who had any association to the Trump campaign, are the only ones being targeted for things that had nothing to do with the Trump Campaign, or the 2016 Election.
Mueller may issue his report possibly within the coming weeks or months. At that time we will discover if Muller and his team are really political hacks or unbiased and independent investigators?
To be considered as ‘unbiased’ and ‘independent investigators,’ one might think to investigate the issues raised by others, included as stated hereto.

It is my Great Honor to announce that General Michael T. Flynn has been granted a Full Pardon. Congratulations to @GenFlynn and his wonderful family, I know you will now have a truly fantastic Thanksgiving!

Both the prosecution and defense agreed to drop the case against General Flynn. It was determined by the only two FBI agent’s present before questioning Flynn, where the agents notes stated that Flynn did not try to lie (commit perjury) to the FBI.
The FBI also came to the conclusion that Flynn was not an agent of Russia.
The prosecution tried to get Flynn to lie on order to get him fired from the Trump Admin.
Flynn agreed to be charged with one count of perjury to stop government threats of persecution against Flynn and his family.
This charge was a political move that sought to destroy Flynn, his career, force him into bankruptcy, go after his family because he worked for the Trump Admin. This is the same tactics that President Richard Nixon and others used to go after political enemies. President Barack Obama’s Administration also used questionable tactics to after his political enemies.
The Judge in Flynn’s case was acting like his own prosecution, denying Flynn’s case be dropped even after the actual prosecution moved to drop the case.
General Flynn was exonerated by the U.S. Department of Justice on May 7, 2020. See below.
May 7, 2020 UPDATE:
General Michael Flynn was exonerated after the U.S. Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss the criminal information against Flynn. The DOJ said the existing plea agreement of one count lying to FBI was immaterial, citing United States v. Weinstock, 231 F.2d 699, 701 (D.C. Cir. 1956). The DOJ further said in the motion that the FBI had no legal basis to conduct the Flynn interview.
Recent evidence surfaced of FBI 302 memo showing that Flynn was intentionally set up and targeted for prosecution by what appears to be political (Obama Admin) government officials and FBI rivals. According to the DOJ, it also appears that Flynn was spied on by FBI officials targeting Flynn.
Then FBI Director, James Comey elected not to inform the incoming Trump Administration regarding Flynn’s communication with Russian Ambassador Kislyak (Motion, P6). It would have been Flynn’s job to communicate with any foreign government official as the new U.S. National Security Advisor.
Top civil liberty attorney Alan Dershowitz, who was not involved in the case, appeared to argue that the FBI abused its legal authority, and Flynn was pressured (threatened) by the FBI to plead guilty.
May 9, 2020 UPDATE: Our Editorial Review:
- There is no evidence to date to prove Russia had any impact, caused any interference on U.S. elections in 2016. We don’t consider a score of paid Facebook memes that 99.999% of the world never saw, as “Russian interference.”
- There is no evidence to show that the Trump Admin colluded with Russia or any foreign country in any derogatory way, including related to the 2016 elections.
- On May 7, 2020, 57 previous closed-door interviews (transcripts) that was led by House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) became available for public view. Schiff had blocked these transcripts from the greater House, the U.S. Senate and the public from seeing these transcripts during the Trump Impeachment trial. All the interviews were taken between 2017 and 2018. The impeachment trial ended Feb. 2020. Although the 1.2 Gigabytes of transcripts (est. 6,000 pages) are redacted, many statements made by ‘Anti-Trump’ witnesses were different under oath, than what they said publicly on TV. None of the 57 witnesses had any proof of any wrongdoing by the Trump Administration. None of the 57 witnesses had any evidence of any ‘Trump-Russian Collusion.’ Documents avail at: “https://intelligence.house.gov/russiainvestigation/” – We would ignore the spin made by REP. Schiff and read the transcripts.
- There is mounting evidence to suggest that the only interference in the 2016 election and post-election was conducted by high level Obama Admin gov officials, and their designees in effort to sabotage Trump’s chances of winning in 2016; with an “insurance policy” to seek and remove Trump from office if Trump won the 2016 election.
- America, nor the world, would have ever learned of any of this if Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election. It would all have been covered up; and the first Coup would have been executed in America with no one paying attention.
- We predict Democrats will take any action, legal or otherwise, to seek to gain a win in 2020 to avoid prosecution for any found criminal conduct which could come before the 2020 election. Their current best chance for a win is by a guy who has severe memory facility issues – perfect if one is looking for as Puppet President.
