Obama Administration Offering Child Trafficking Jobs?
original article written by Net Advisor™
WASHINGTON DC. Just when you thought you have heard of all the “phony scandals,” including from ICE spokesman Vincent Picard denying that illegal immigrants are not being transported to other states, we’ll now there is undeniable proof.
While doing an extensive research report on immigration issues, I came across this. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a new job opportunity: CHILD TRAFFICKING.
DHS/ICE Soliciting Human Trafficking Help:
“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), has a continuing and mission critical responsibility for accepting custody of Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) from U.S. Border Patrol and other Federal agencies and transporting these juveniles to Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) shelters located throughout the continental United States.”
“The Contractor shall provide unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide on-demand escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent unaccompanied alien children ages infant to 17 years of age, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year.”
“There will be approximately 65,000 UAC in total: 25% local ground transport, 25% via ICE charter and 50% via commercial air. Escort services include, but are not limited to, assisting with: transferring physical custody of UAC from DHS to Health and Human Services (HHS) care via ground or air methods of transportation (charter or commercial carrier)…”
“…the Contractor shall be required to transport juveniles via ground to HUB airports or other staging areas that are not located within the area of initial apprehension. ”
“The Government anticipates awarding a five (5) year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery…”
“The Contractor may be required to provide transportation services for all juveniles who are in DHS custody throughout the continental U.S.”

The child trafficking job opportunity was posted January 29, 2014. The severe border immigration problems of UAC’s did not become a major news story until more recently. Thus the Obama Administration knew about this problem no less than 6 months ago. Yet, suddenly the Obama Administration is acting as if they were ‘surprised’ at the border influx and calling it an “urgent humanitarian situation.”
Federal Judge: DHS (Repeatedly) Broke the Law
Last December 2013, a Federal Judge in Texas chastised DHS and told them they were participating in a conspiracy of facilitating child trafficking.
“The DHS has simply chosen not to enforce the United States border security laws…These actions are both dangerous and unconscionable.”
“… these illegal activities help fund the illegal drug cartels which are a real danger for both citizens of this country and Mexico.”
“This Court has seen instances where aliens being smuggled were assaulted, raped, kidnapped/ and or killed.”
“…(there is) no excuse for Government to continue the criminal activity of the trafficking conspiracy.”
— Hon. Andrew S. Hansen, United States District Judge said in his Order [Report]
Since the December Court Order, the Obama Administration has continued to violate 8 USC §1324 “Bringing in and harboring certain aliens” (human trafficking), a felony.
Calling All Felons?
Even though the Obama Administration has made this public child trafficking solicitation, they only seem to require that applicants to go through e-verify to see that they are a U.S. citizen.
ICE should also fingerprint check and background check every person if it intends to perpetuate this violation of federal law.
- How does ICE know that the people they are hiring are not tied to trafficking themselves?
- How does ICE know that the government traffickers are not criminals tied to welfare fraud, extortion, drugs, child prostitution rings or illegal labor?
- How does ICE know that the government traffickers are not pedophiles?
It sounds to me those are the exact types of people who would want to be paid by the U.S. taxpayer to further extort those not in the U.S. legally.
Over the years on studying these issues I have found that illegal aliens are often taken advantage of by other illegal aliens or their native speaking aliens. Not only is ICE committing a crime according to the said Federal Judge, they are also putting illegals in the care of people who the the government has little true knowledge of.
Obama Admin Offers Illegal Funding For Lawyers to Represent Illegals
The Obama Administration is also advertising to pay attorneys and paralegals to represent illegal aliens.
“The Department of Justice, working with the federal Corporation for National and Community Service, will announce a new program Friday that provides $2 million to entice attorneys and paralegals to represent those young, undocumented immigrants as they navigate the complicated web of immigration courts.
Unlike legal residents or citizens, undocumented immigrants are not guaranteed legal assistance in court…”
In other worlds, there is no legal basis for U.S. taxpayers to pay for legal fees of illegal aliens, yet the Obama Administration is working against taxpayer’s interests and doing this anyway.
Rewarding Corruption
Not to worry, the Obama Administration is rewarding the corrupt governments too with taxpayer money.
“The White House announced $254.6 million in new aid for Central American countries today.
The money will go toward returning unaccompanied minors who travel to the U.S. illegally to their families and fostering youth centered programs in their home countries, the White House said this afternoon.”

The U.S. ASSUMES the money will go to its intended causes. Some of that money will go to countries such as Honduras who in 2009 launched a coup against the Honduran government. Then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said in 2009, ‘the administration was not formally designating the ouster as a military coup for now, a step that would force a cut-off of most U.S. aid to Honduras.’
Honduras has a new President, Juan Orlando Hernández who has been visiting the U.S. and blamed the ‘recent’ U.S. crisis on weak U.S. immigration laws. According to the CIA, 65 percent of Hondurans live in poverty. The U.S. already accounts for 30 percent Honduras’ GDP, and 20 percent “remittances.” The term remittances is money that is transferred from (typically illegal aliens) in the U.S. to relatives in Honduras.
Despite all of this poverty, Honduras has a better growth rate than the U.S. In 2013 Honduras’ GDP was 2.8 percent. The U.S. GDP was 2.5 percent, and has fallen since.
Immigration Math
I’m sure we all have empathy for UACs and those who want to come to the U.S. The United States brings in just over one million immigrants per year legally, and about four million are waiting “in-line” to come to the U.S. legally. We seem to be putting those aside who are willing to abide by U.S. immigration law, and then granting immediate rewards to those who are willing to violate U.S. immigration law.
Since the 1950’s many of the illegal aliens who have entered the U.S. have tended to be low-educated and low-skilled labor (Report PDF). This burdens the U.S. welfare system which since 1964 has done nothing but increase poverty in the U.S., not reduce it.
The Obama Administration alone has spent over $3.7 Trillion on welfare from 2009-2013 [Report]. The U.S. just can’t afford to borrow trillions of dollars to facilitate failed domestic agendas of corrupt foreign governments.
