written by Net Advisor™ and Adapted in part from Yahoo! News
WASHINGTON, DC. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney under President Obama has reportedly dodged 9,486 questions from journalists.
We have discussed often in many of our reports where the Press Secretary has spoken on behalf of the White House how Mr. Carney is a master re-framer.* We’ll, not sure if we should really say “master re-framer,” that assumes one is highly proficient at something. However, carney does frequently re-characterize (re-frame) and create obscure language to deflect situations in front of the press. We can probably add evasive to answers of media inquiry.
According to a report, there has been “444 briefings through June 18 that Carney has held since becoming White House press secretary has identified 13 distinct strains in the way he dodges reporters’ question.”

Whether it be trying to come up with answers on Benghazi, Drone use on Americans, DOJ’s Gun running for the drug cartels, Spying on journalists, threatening a journalist, IRS targeting conservative groups, college interns, religious and pro-marriage groups; to the EPA handing out personal information to progressive environmental groups, leaking info to discredit a political opponent, NSA capturing ALL American’s – emails, phone records, text messages, internet searches, to spying on Congress and Judges, or just re-writing history, there is a good chance Carney doesn’t have the answer.
Taking responsibility for anything that doesn’t look good on the Administration is just not part of the job description. Carney has his standard caned answers when confronted by journalists:
