118 Bank Failures in 2010

The FDIC appeared to be quite busy today, seizing another eight (8) more failed banks in four states. Banks included four in California, two in Florida, and one each in Illinois and Virgina. All the following banks were acquired by other banks under FDIC approval and financial subsidized assistance.
